Next Monday, January 10th, the Caldecott & Newbery Award winners will be announced. This week I am sharing a few of the past award winners and encouraging students to find other award winning books in the library that they can read.If you would like to view a list of Caldecott (picture book) Award winners from the past, go to the ALSC Caldecott link under the online resources. Once at the ALSC site, you can also see the Newbery winners from the past by choosing that tab on the left.
